Responsibilities:
Safely operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, trenchers, augers, and backhoes
Perform digging, grading, and backfilling tasks according to plans and elevations
Assist crews with conduit installation, concrete forms, pole bases, and wire pulls
Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and utility markings
Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly
