Schedule: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm-4pm
Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour, based on experience

Job Description: The Canvasser is responsible for conducting door-to-door and event-based outreach to raise awareness about available resources and assess eligibility. This includes collecting contact details and signatures, meeting daily and weekly performance goals, and participating in ongoing training and development. The role requires professionalism, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization and engage with the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to inform residents about community programs and services
Build rapport with residents and accurately collect required contact information and signatures
Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for engagement and data collection
Attend outreach events to expand community reach and visibility
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
Job Requirements:
Minimum of six (6) months of related experience (canvassing, sales, or community outreach preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with a wide range of individuals
Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
