We’re seeking a Labeling Production Associate to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Moorestown, NJ. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely labeling of clinical products in accordance with GMP standards. Key Responsibilities:
Print and pull clinical labels per production and packaging requirements.
Replace rejected or damaged labels and perform reconciliation.
Maintain proper label accountability and destruction documentation.
Accurately enter and verify data within the Inventory Control System (ICS).
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with GMP standards.
Assist with other production or quality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in labeling, production, or pharmaceutical packaging preferred.
Experience operating thermal transfer printers highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with cGMP regulations and inventory systems a plus.
Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
Strong math skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
