Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Pennsauken, NJ 08110
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: 4 month temp to hire
Pay Rate: $18–22 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
Collect, input, and analyze data in Excel for reporting purposes
Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating quality issues
Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with company standards
Follow all PPE and safety requirements (safety glasses, vest, steel-toe shoes)
Qualifications
Computer Skills: Ability to create, edit, and store files; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Attendance & Attitude: Dependable with a positive, proactive approach
Results-Oriented: Takes ownership and follows through on assigned tasks
Initiative: Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
Manufacturing Exposure: Prior experience or familiarity with a production environment preferred
Work Environment: Approximately 85% on the production floor, 15% in the office
Bilingual (English/Spanish): Highly desired, but not required
