Inventory Clerk
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $22

Job Requirements:
- Required:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying pallet data.
Ability to read and interpret order sheets, BOLs, and route manifests.
Basic proficiency with warehouse scanners or computers.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and safely operate warehouse equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound shipping, warehouse, or distribution.
Valid forklift certification.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Performance Metrics
Audit Accuracy: Percentage of pallets verified with zero discrepancies.
Loading Accuracy: Percentage of trailers loaded correctly and on schedule.
Organization & Cleanliness: Condition and orderliness of staging areas.
Communication Efficiency: Timeliness of reporting issues and load completion.
Safety Compliance: Zero incidents or safety violations.
