As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced manufacturing equipment while keeping operations running smoothly in our Newark, DE facility. With a 2/2/3 rotating schedule and hours from 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM, this night shift role offers competitive pay, a strong support system, and career advancement opportunities.

Night Shift Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled systems, electrical systems, HVAC, vacuum and dust collection systems, air compressors, furnaces, and lighting.
Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to keep operations seamless.
Upgrade outdated relay logic to modern PLC controls, building panels from wiring diagrams and schematics.
Handle equipment breakdowns and complete maintenance requests assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Support project modifications, small in-house projects, and building maintenance tasks.
Make local pick-ups for parts or project materials as needed.
Night Shift Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Able to occasionally work outdoors on compressors, HVAC units, and external equipment
Comfortable walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Strong math and reading skills for interpreting manuals and operating instructions
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer applications
Valid driver’s license required; PLC and HMI experience required
