PeopleShare is hiring Parcel Processors for an excellent company in Cranbury, NJ! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for reliable candidates looking to grow with a stable organization.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $18/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Perform packaging, labeling, taping, and sorting tasks
Assemble and repack automotive kits per customer specifications
Conduct kitting operations and final inspections for quality assurance
Move products and inventory using forklifts and bin systems
Report any defective materials or quality issues to supervision
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting production goals
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in production or warehouse settings
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods
Comfortable working in hot, cold, or humid warehouse conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and quality inspection skills
Proficiency in English preferred
