Job Details for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Retention Specialist:
- Location: 100% Remote
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with some weekend availability during peak season)
- Pay: $20/hr plus commission
- Training: Paid training provided
- Duration: Seasonal | Mid-October – March 2026
- Equipment: Bring Your Own Device — Windows/Mac with dual monitors, webcam, headset, and wired internet required
Responsibilities for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Retention Specialist:
- Make outbound calls and reconnect with existing members to renew and retain health coverage for the 2026 plan year
- Manage a large book of business consisting of over 380,000 member leads, with no cold calling required
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure a smooth, efficient renewal experience for each client.
- Seamlessly navigate multiple systems while delivering top-tier service
Requirements for Remote Licensed Health Insurance Retention Specialist:
- Active Health Insurance License
- FFM/Marketplace Certified for 2026 Required (free)
- Webcam required for training and virtual office hours.
- Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Professional, quiet remote workspace
