Title: Financial Wellness Counselor -
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $38,720–$46,000 (DOE) + benefits

What you’ll do
- Deliver 1:1 coaching and occasional workshops on budgeting, credit building, debt reduction, and banking access.
- Complete intakes/assessments, pull and review credit reports, and co-create simple action plans with clients.
- Track goals and follow up regularly; enter timely, accurate case notes in client databases.
- Coordinate referrals to internal programs and external partners; share updates with program staff.
- Align practice to National Financial Capability standards and HUD guidance.
You’ll bring
- HS diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2+ years in coaching/banking/finance, or similar client-facing work.
- Strong written/verbal communication; comfortable presenting to small groups.
- Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and Zoom/Teams proficiency.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
