Cashier Lead Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour (with an increase to $22.00/hour once 700 hours are met)

Cashier Lead Job Description:
The Cashier Lead is responsible for overseeing cashier operations across multiple sites while ensuring quality standards and smooth daily workflow. This role includes supervising staff, assigning duties, and reviewing work for accuracy. The Cashier Lead will also balance daily transactions, assist with reconciliation and attendance reports, participate in staff training, and help implement new procedures. The position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to positive team morale.
Cashier Lead Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2–3 years of experience in an elevated cashier or lead cashier role.
Solid work history with proven reliability.
Strong adaptability, flexibility, and ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
