Job Details
- Pay: $18.00/hour ($21.50/hour once permanent)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (37.5 hrs/week, 30-min lunch)
- Type: Contract-to-Hire (on-site, business attire)

What you’ll do
- Review production and efficiency standards; perform random quality audits across the operation
- Attend quality-monitor sessions with leadership/client and recommend improvements
- Prepare and present daily stats and QA reports; monitor production goals
- Examine operations for accuracy and contract compliance; support silent monitoring of customer service
- Recommend training and process updates; receive cross-training and take on related duties as assigned
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED
- ~1 year of quality assurance/operations auditing or similar experience; confident engaging with teams on the floor
- Strong communication; able to provide clear, professional coaching and feedback
- Comfortable retrieving information from databases; proficient with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Reliable, on time, collaborative, and willing to assist wherever needed
