We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Reslotting Associate to join our warehouse team in Pennsauken, NJ. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in improving warehouse efficiency by executing reslotting programs, optimizing storage layouts, and ensuring products are staged correctly for picking and replenishment. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Full-Time, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
Execute continuous warehouse reslotting programs to improve pick paths and storage efficiency.
Capture and validate slotting data, including dimensions, velocity, and SKU movement patterns.
Perform physical inventory moves using pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers.
Collaborate with Inventory Control and Replenishment teams to ensure seamless transitions.
Maintain accurate WMS records of all slotting changes.
Audit reslotted areas for compliance and accuracy.
Identify inefficiencies or discrepancies and recommend improvements.
Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
Support general warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications
Prior experience in inventory control, slotting, or warehouse operations preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot when challenges arise.
Comfortable using data and WMS systems to track and manage slotting changes.
Capable of safely operating warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, pallet jack).
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
