The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operator experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth production processes and consistent quality.
Inspection Production Associate Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2pm-12pm (Training will be on 1st shift- Flexibile With Time)
Pay Rate: $24-26/hr
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Allentown, PA
Inspection Production Associate Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee production machinery to ensure efficiency and safety
Provide leadership and guidance to production team members
Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve production problems promptly
Perform routine quality checks to meet company standards
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior machine operator experience (required)
- Previous lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexibility to train on 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift schedule
