2nd Shift Lead Machine Operator needed in Allentown, PA!
PeopleShare is partnered with a well established manufacturing company on their search for a Lead Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operator experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure smooth production processes and consistent quality.
Inspection Production Associate Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2pm-12am (Training will be on 1st shift)
Pay Rate: $24-26/hr
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Allentown, PA
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent performance
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to production team members
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment or production issues in a timely manner
Conduct routine quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation as needed
Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment
Requirements:
Previous machine operator experience required
Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting abilities and solid problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Flexibility to train on 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift schedule
