What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator
Set up and operate machinery for production runs.
Hang rolls of material and prepare the press for each production job.
Maintain ink and adhesive levels, checking proper viscosities for smooth production flow.
Perform light troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.
Operate lifts, hand tools, and other production equipment safely.
Keep your production area organized, removing waste and maintaining cleanliness.
Stay ahead by preparing materials and equipment for upcoming production jobs.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience as a machine operator, press assistant, or in a similar production setting.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle repetitive walking, bending, and climbing as part of daily production work.
Strong attention to detail and good color vision.
Basic computer skills for tracking production data.
Reliable transportation to our Telford, PA facility.
