We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Specialist for a temporary assignment, with possible long term career growth potential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting processes, comfortable working in NetSuite, and capable of analyzing Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) reports to provide actionable insights. Familiarity with purchase order (PO) workflows and how invoices are processed within the IS&S structure is also essential. Accounts Receivable Job Details: - Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Pay Rate: $22-$25 depending on experience
Accounts Receivable Job Description: - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Utilize NetSuite for AR tracking, reporting, and processing
- Analyze D&B credit reports and provide recommendations regarding customer creditworthiness
- Work closely with the accounting team to understand internal PO processes and how they relate to invoicing
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and assist with cash application as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and follow up on overdue accounts
Accounts Receivable Job Requirements: - Must be US Citizen and able to pass a background check
- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP
- Ability to analyze D&B reports and interpret financial risk
- Familiarity with PO-based invoicing and internal AR controls
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
