Electrical Foreman (Industrial) – Leadership & Travel Opportunity
Industrial Electrical Foreman
Up to $36/hr. | ✈50% Travel (up to 2 weeks at a time)
We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installations, supervise teams, and support mechanical integrations across large-scale industrial projects. This role requires a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a willingness to travel frequently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems (power distribution, PLCs, motor controls, lighting).
Troubleshoot issues, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and industry standards.
Collaborate with mechanical teams on system wiring, controls, and integration.
Lead and mentor electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, review blueprints/schematics, and support material management.
Enforce safety standards and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
5+ years in industrial electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
Trade school, technical certification, or journeyman/master electrician license preferred.
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, OSHA safety, and mechanical systems (motors, conveyors, pumps).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and blueprint/schematic reading skills.
