Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (four 10 hour days)
Pay: $19.25-35.00/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation. This role supports both customer service and production operations, requiring strong communication skills, documentation accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the direct interface with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and general account inquiries.
Issue Work Orders to Production for product build quantities based on customer requirements.
Purchase materials from Supply Chain to support customer order promise dates.
Schedule and coordinate product shipments to customers to ensure on-time delivery.
Receive customer documentation packages and accurately process all required data.
Maintain up-to-date tracking and communication for all customer orders.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, generate reports, and support account activities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Customer Account Management, Order Management, Production Support, or a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external customers.
Experience issuing Work Orders or coordinating with Production is a plus.
Experience with Supply Chain or material purchasing is preferred but not required.
