PeopleShare is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler with prior experience working in a manufacturing facility!
Schedule: 2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm, M-F - Paid lunch break!
Pay Rate: $20 / hour
Location: King of Prussia, Pa
Material Handler Job Description:
- Operating machines and processing product
- Using Forklift to move materials from one production area to another
- Packaging final product in large boxes using packaging equipment
- Cleaning Production Machinery at the end of the shift
- Assisting area team members in ensuring operational procedures are being maintained according to company standards
- Monitoring and inspecting equipment, materials, or products
- Identifying and resolving problems in processes or equipment
- Listening to others, asking questions, and explaining and sharing information with your team to solve problems
- Reviewing, interpreting, or entering data on paper and computers
- Completing tasks that require manual work and some level of physical effort such as lifting to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, crawling, and walking or standing most of your shift
- Some of the working conditions are not climate controlled, so you may be working in hot or cold conditions and in dusty or dirty work environments
Material Handler Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year working in a manufacturing environment
- Prior Forklift experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Must complete in-depth background screening including criminal background check, prior employment verification, and pre-employment physical, drug screen and respirator fitting
