PeopleShare, in partnership with American Health Marketplace (AHM), is urgently hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support customers during the 2026 Affordable Care Act (ACA) Open Enrollment. This is a fully remote, high-demand seasonal opportunity with competitive pay and performance-based incentives.
Position Highlights
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $20/hr base + weekly bonuses (average agents earn $30–$35/hr)
Schedule: Full-Time | Open availability required (Mon–Sun, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST)
Assignment: Seasonal | September 29, 2025 – January 15, 2026 with possible extension through March 31, 2026
Training: Paid, mandatory, and fully remote (100% attendance required)
Equipment: BYOD (Windows/Mac with dual monitors, webcam, headset, wired internet)
What You’ll Do
Take inbound calls from individuals exploring health coverage options
Guide customers through plan details and complete enrollments
Ensure compliance with federal/marketplace guidelines
Confidently multitask across multiple systems while managing calls
What You’ll Need
Active Health Insurance License (valid in one of the listed states)
FFM/Marketplace Certification for 2026 (or willingness to complete prior to start date)
Strong computer and multitasking skills
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Previous sales or high-volume call center experience preferred
