Job Details for: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 11am – 7:30pm and Saturdays on a rotating schedule every 2-3 weeks.
Pay Rate: $16.00
Job Responsibilities & Description for: Customer Service Representative
- Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat
- Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat
- Handling other department responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements for: Customer Service Representative
- 2 years professional call center experience
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends
- Friendly, fun to work with, & flexible
- A self-motivated, customer-focused, superstar team player
