💵 $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator (with potential to advance into an Office Manager role) to provide operational and sales support. This individual will act as the central point of communication, order processing, and administrative workflow — keeping business operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Support daily office, administrative, and sales operations
Communicate with customers via phone and email
Place, process, and expedite purchase orders
Resolve order issues and track fulfillment updates
Maintain organized document flow and data entry across systems
Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
Assist with ERP updates, portal access, and reporting
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
