Job Details for Document Preparation Specialist:
- Location: Bloomfield, CT
- Pay: $18.25/hr, weekly pay
- Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift)
- Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Job Responsibilities for Document Preparation Specialist:
- Prepare and organize documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, and inserting barcodes
- Operate scanners to digitize and inspect documents for quality and accuracy
- Maintain an organized workstation and follow established procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
Job Requirements for Document Preparation Specialist:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Previous scanning or copy center experience is a plus (training provided)
