Job Details for Remote Benefit Enrollment Agent

Location: Remote (Must reside in SC)
Pay: $21/hour + Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM EST (Must have open availability during these hours)
Duration: Seasonal | Ends in December
Equipment: Provided

Responsibilities for remote Benefit Enrollment Agent:

Handle inbound calls assisting customers with healthcare plan selection, enrollment, and renewals
Upsell and cross-sell health-related products as appropriate
Meet daily conversion and compliance goals with empathy and professionalism

Requirements for remote Benefit Enrollment Agent:

High school diploma or GED
Able to type 35 WPM
Previous sales, customer service or call center experience required
Reliable wired internet connection required (no satellite or hotspot internet; no T-Mobile Home Internet or Viasat accepted)
Must reside in SC
