We are currently seeking qualified candidate for a Customer Service & Shipping role with one of our reputable clients. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering competitive pay and a stable day shift schedule.
We are looking for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills with a background in customer service and shipping.
Pay: $19–$21/hr Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer sample orders, including shipping and documentation.
- Deliver outstanding B2B customer service with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Serve as a liaison between customer needs and internal departments such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA/QC.
- Supervise and support the Junior Sample Technician.
- Maintain organized records, digital and physical.
- Respond promptly to customer questions, complaints, and special requests.
- Prepare SDS/Technical Bulletins and Certificates of Analysis (COA) as needed.
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and samples are packaged appropriately.
