Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $23/hour
Customer Service Job Description:
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers and vendors—answering calls, resolving issues, and building relationships.
- Handle scheduling, service verification, follow-up calls, and service coordination.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Use our internal system to log all customer interactions and track service tickets.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver a seamless experience.
- Participate in our emergency call rotation (one week/month)—you’ll be equipped with a company laptop and phone.
Customer Service Job Requirements:
- You’re quick-thinking, cool under pressure, and solution-oriented.
- Strong multitasker — comfortable managing multiple computer screens and priorities.
- Excellent communicator who listens deeply and speaks clearly.
- Tech-savvy — confident using Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and eager to learn our proprietary software.
- You deliver world-class service and genuinely care about the customer experience.
