We are a well-established metal stamping manufacturer seeking a driven individual to perform annealing, oxidizing, and related processes in a safety- and quality-focused environment.
??? Position Details: Annealing Operator
Training Schedule:
??? Mon–Thurs | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
?? Total: 40 hours/week
3rd Shift Schedule (Post-Training):
Pay Rate: ?? $21.00/hr (includes 3rd shift differential)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: On-site
?? Job Responsibilities
Operate furnace programs in accordance with customer, regulatory, and safety requirements
Perform annealing, oxidizing, and other heat treat processes
Comply with all work instructions and schedules from the Production Manager
Use micrometers and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to ensure accurate material specifications
Understand and operate vapor degreasers
Assist in training new department employees
Follow all company safety rules and policies
?? Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of related experience OR equivalent training/education
Previous metal experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
