This hands-on role supports the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, capable of both preventive and corrective maintenance.

Maintenance Technician
Location: Horsham, PA
Pay: $26-$30/hour
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities!
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and steam systems.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues quickly to reduce production downtime.
- Maintain and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical control systems including sensors, relays, and PLCs.
- Complete housekeeping tasks in alignment with 6S standards.
- Train and support team members in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Strong working knowledge of facility and manufacturing systems: pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical.
- Ability to read blueprints and convert designs into functional installations.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment (forklifts, hoists, elevated platforms).
