Remote Director, Network Management Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000/year
Status: Full-time
Location: Remote (excluding CA, AZ, NY, AK, HI, MT, VT)

Reports to: Chief Network and Programs Officer
Remote Director, Network Management Job Description:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for network management initiatives across implementing partner organizations
Lead business development strategies, network expansion, and innovation efforts to enhance partner engagement and service delivery
Champion equity-centered and customer-focused strategies to improve network effectiveness and partner retention
Design and implement strategies for network health assessment, compliance, performance management, and cost-effective growth
Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and represent the organization at industry events as a thought leader
Supervise and develop a high-performing team of network managers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and strategic alignment
