Remote Executive Coordinator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $64,720.51 - $80,264.89/year
Status: Full-time
Location: Remote (excluding CA, AZ, NY, AK, HI, MT, VT)
Department: Executive
Reports to: Chief of Staff
Remote Executive Coordinator Job Description:
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings and travel logistics, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Organize internal leadership and external stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking follow-ups
Draft communications, create presentation materials, and compile information for decision-making
Handle sensitive information related to HR, finance, and strategic initiatives with discretion and professionalism
Support executive operations by improving administrative systems and escalating time-sensitive matters
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including funders, board members, and partners
Remote Executive Coordinator Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience:
Minimum 5 years providing executive-level administrative support
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail and experience managing complex schedules
Proven discretion in handling confidential information
