Remote Project Manager Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-time, Exempt
Pay Range: $77,842.65 - $90,374.22/year
Status: Full-time
Location: Remote (excluding CA, AZ, NY, AK, HI, MT, VT)
Department: Operations
Reports to: Deputy Chief, Operations
Remote Project Manager Job Description:
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through execution to closure
Build consensus among stakeholders and apply change management principles to support success
Coordinate cross-functional teams and define project roles, deliverables, and timelines
Deliver high-quality work that supports data-informed business decisions
Develop and implement standardized project methodologies and workflows
Define and report on key project metrics using data visualization tools
Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance project and operational outcomes
Identify and mitigate project risks and analyze challenges affecting progress
Define project requirements and lead problem-solving efforts to meet objectives
Remote Project Manager Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certifications: PMP certification is required
Experience:
8+ years of project management experience
Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels
Experience writing requirements and managing user acceptance documentation
