Benefits Analyst Job Description:
Assist with tracking and reporting of federal, state and local requirements, including Emergency Temporary Standards
Responsible for technical aspects and administration of the comprehensive health and life insurance plans, statutory benefits, disability benefits, the corporate wellness programs, specifically as it relates to compliance and reporting
Coordinate with HR Business Partners, HRIT department and external vendors on any issues affecting compliance and benefits administration
Benefits Analyst Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
HRIS background and expereince in corporate benefits preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs including; Office, Excel, Outlook, and Access
Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass background, drug screening and education verification
