PeopleShare has an opening for a Sr. Engineering Project Manager in Collingswood, NJ responsible for setting up new production line integrations and running projects from inception to full execution. Candidates must come from a food industry background to be considered.

Location: Collingswood, NJ 08103
Salary: $150-160k/year
Type: Full-time Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM start time. Occasional flexibility for periodic 5:00 AM start time.
Overview:
Senior Engineering Project Manager will manage and implement various projects related to production operations management and expansion. They will work closely with the maintenance and production departments to ensure the successful completion of the various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment installations to maximize and optimize production including work processes.
- New technology installations and designs, including mechanization and/or robotization.
- Project design, including plans, budgets and supplier relations.
- Processes related to occupational health and safety prevention and committee participation.
- Support all projects across all facilities.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of plant’s rules and regulations and encourages quality personnel performance.
- Facilitate, and participate in the planning process and provide input for decisions effecting facility operations, maintenance and repair, and technical task/project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of Mechanical and Electrical experience
- Experience setting up new production line integrations
- Experience purchasing equipment and working with vendors
- Full lifecycle project management running a project from inception to full execution
- Must have experience within the Food industry
- Must have experience with AutoCad
