Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (some flexibility required)
- Pay Rate: negotiable on experience
Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Description:
Tracking inventory across product lines to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels
Coordinating orders and imports from overseas suppliers
Developing and maintaining daily/weekly production schedules
Allocating materials, machinery, and labor to support timely production
Ensuring raw material availability in collaboration with procurement and warehousing
Monitoring workflows and adjusting schedules for unexpected delays or changes
Analyzing data to identify process improvements and reduce bottlenecks
Communicating cross-functionally with sales, logistics, quality, and external partners
Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with safety/quality standards
Production Planner and Supply Chain Specialist Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s a plus)
2–3 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or production scheduling
ERP and inventory management software experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and forecasting skills
Collaborative and proactive communicator
