Logistics Specialist Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM
- Pay Rate: Up to $23/hr (based upon experience)
Logistics Specialist Job Description:
- Accurately pull and load items (furniture, décor, accessories) from the warehouse based on the designer's selections.
- Safely transport items to locations using company vehicles.
- Follow specific directions from interior team regarding placement within each home.
- Maintain a polished, professional image when interacting with real estate agents, homeowners, and other partners onsite.
- Problem-solve on the fly if substitutions or adjustments are needed due to missing/damaged items or space constraints.
- Return and organize items post-staging or after home sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the vehicle and warehouse.
Logistics Specialist Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver furniture and décor safely.
- Ability to take written and verbal direction precisely and execute accordingly.
- High level of energy, reliability, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience in logistics, furniture moving, staging, or similar physical/operational roles is a plus.
- Passion for aesthetics, design, or staging is a plus.
