Job Details:
- Schedule: Shifts fall between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Rotational Saturday: Every 3rd Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH (your choice)
- Pay: $22–$23/hr
- Location: Woodbridge, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries about NJ auto, home, and umbrella insurance policies, coverages, and premiums
- Provide first-call resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all insurance lines
- Accurately update policy information and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
- 5+ years of call center experience required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and basic math skills
- High energy, motivation, and a strong sense of ownership in resolving customer concerns
