Customer Service Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (FULLY ONSITE)
- Pay Rate: $20 to 22/hr
Customer Service Representative Job Description:
- Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments
- Work with dispatchers to assign daily work/calls to other team members
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
- Administrative experience a must
- Strong written, organizational and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude with a professional, pleasant phone voice
- Team player who can work independently and problem-solve
- Call center experience is strongly preferred
