Part Time HR Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: M-F 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $22-$24 hour
Part Time HR Assistant Job Description:
- Payroll (submission of bi-monthly data)
- Insurance, Workers Comp, Liability, Health- reviews, annuals renewals and audits
- Maintenance and update of Company Handbook
- Vacation/PTO tracking and synchronization
- Creation of job descriptions (together with respective supervisors) for new positions and maintaining updated versions
- Interviews/recruiting – refining job needs and reviewing candidate resumes for submissions to hiring managers
- Hiring/termination process/paperwork on/off boarding employees
- Employee record keeping/filing
- Organization of chart maintenance
- Submission of completed documents to proper parties for various enrollments as well as any changes in payroll or insurance selections
- Employee review, salary, bonus discussions and document maintenance
Part Time HR Assistant Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in same or similar environment and field of activity
- Solid knowledge in HR related matters
- Solid knowledge of MS Office systems
- Possesses strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and is self-motivated
