Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for citizens with parking violation inquiries. You’ll handle 100+ inbound calls per day, research violations, update records, and schedule hearings—all while delivering top-tier customer service!
Call Center Representative Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, IN-OFFICE. Hours of Operations: 8AM-8PM, will be scheduled a full work week within these hours, current schedule is 12PM-8PM.
- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Call Center Representative Job Description:
- Manage 100+ inbound calls daily regarding parking violations.
- Provide accurate information, update records, and schedule hearings.
- Research and escalate issues to the proper department when needed.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Call Center Representative Job Requirements:
- High School or GED required.
- At least 2+ years of call center or related experience.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
