Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Job Details:
- Schedule: Sunday- Thursday 11pm-7:30a, will need to train on first shift
- Pay Rate: $73,000-87,000 annually based on experience
- Location: Hatfield, PA
Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Job Description:
- Perform Preventive & Electrical Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and servicing of machines with a focus on electrical components and PLC systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Execute Detailed Machine Servicing: Clean, lubricate, and maintain both mechanical and electrical parts, removing and reinstalling components as necessary for optimal performance.
- Diagnose & Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly identify and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related faults to minimize downtime and maintain production standards.
- Document & Report Findings: Record maintenance activities, note damaged or worn parts, and communicate detailed reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Manage Parts & Replacements: Order and install replacement components, ensuring that both mechanical and electrical elements are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Collaborate on Modifications & Testing: Work with engineering and management teams to modify machine setups and adjust PLC programming, followed by test runs to confirm successful implementation.
Electrical Maintenance Mechanic Job Requirements:
- Some vocational or community college with related coursework or equivalent experience, required
- 3-5 years of electrical industrial machine maintenance experience including PLC and cabinet work
- Strong problem solving skills
