Job Description:
- Must be able to comply with the Company’s Zero Tolerance Drug Policy at all times.
- Must be able to clearly communicate with all employees to assign tasks.
- Must comply with all safety protocols in the workplace.
- Oversees all jobs/tasks set up daily by the Plant Supervisor from 1st shift.
- Approximately 90% of this position requires the Team Lead to be physically hands on with the employees helping to complete all jobs during the shift.
- Load tanks from the mezzanine with slabs of wax.
- Must be able to bend to lift slabs of wax from floor level to shoulder height or above head.
- Must be able to grasp, pull and lift hands above head to load wax.
- Must be able to lift slabs of wax at shoulder height or above to load tanks.
- Drive forklift to move pallets of wax throughout the warehouse.
- Help to load railcars and trucks with wax, including connecting hoses to both vessels to control the steam, pressure, and temperature.
