Title: Returns Associate
Location: Moorestown, NJ
Pay Range: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the completion of return accountability activities and the disposition of returned materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming returns according to assigned proposal numbers
- Perform drug product accountability to the level requested by the client
- Physically verify returned materials with the inventory provided by clinical sites and inform Returned Materials Coordinator of any discrepancies
- Pack materials in clean boxes and prepare them for destruction
- Interact with other departments, vendors, and clients in response to various requests
- Prepare disposition requests for all returned materials as requested by project management and/or the client
- Update and maintain all returns documentation
- Perform all duties related to the preparation of returned materials for destruction
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- High school degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- English literacy
- General mathematical skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with cGMPs
