Job Details: Maintenance Mechanic
Schedule: train on 1st | Monday through Friday 3pm - 11pm
Pay Rate: $24 - $26
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Repair and replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and implement timely repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
