"Precision Craftsperson Wanted: Become Our Tool & Die Master!"
Tool Maker NEEDED!!
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6am-4:30pm, Friday available for Overtime.
Pay up to $45.00 an hour.
Position Summary:
A Tool and Die Maker is responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and specialized equipment used in manufacturing. They interpret technical drawings, operate advanced machinery, and ensure high-quality standards for tools and components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Operate and maintain precision machinery such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment.
- Fabricate and assemble tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on tools and dies to ensure optimal functionality.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to optimize tool and die designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and protocols in the workshop.
