Production Associate Job Details:
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, 1st shift
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
Production Associate Job Description:
Prep doors from inbound shipping
Stage doors in the correct location in the warehouse
Pull material per production run
Stage orders in the shipping bay location
Operate RF Scanner
Operate a variety of production equipment
Production Associate Job Requirements:
Experience with loading and unloading
Experience with material handling
Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong and professional communication skills.
- Must be creative and confident in evaluating processes and offering solutions.
- Ability to maintain peer to peer relationships with a natural willingness to support the team.
- High school diploma
- Pass background check
- Basic knowledge of common hand tools and pneumatic tools.
- Basic knowledge of fractions / can read a tape measure.
- Appropriate time management skills
- Production goals mindset
