Job Title: Assembler
Location: Hatfield, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16-18.00

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble valve kits and subassemblies according to customer specifications.
- Utilize templates and measurements to position parts and subassemblies.
- Ensure proper fit and secure fastening of components.
- Measure and verify completed components for accuracy.
- Follow safety and cleanliness procedures in the workspace.
- Document production and quality activities.
- Notify supervisors of any assembly issues.
- Collaborate with a small team of 4 assemblers in individual work cells.
- Perform overtime as needed and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
- Previous assembly, warehouse, or production experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- Soft Skills:
- Reliable and willing to work.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow written instructions and assembly guidelines.
