Machine Maintenance Mechanic Job Details:
- Schedule: 1st Shift M-F 7am-3:30pm
- Pay Rate: $25-28/hour based on experience
Machine Maintenance Mechanic Job Description:
- Diagnosing and repairing production machinery based on technical specifications and blueprints.
- Leveraging hands-on mechanical experience, such as engine disassembly/reassembly (automotive experience is a plus).
- Communicating effectively with machine operators and production staff to address maintenance needs and priorities.
- Providing timely updates on repair schedules and ensuring a positive customer-service-oriented approach.
- Participating in training to master specific equipment and machinery used within the facility.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills to succeed in a dynamic environment.
Machine Maintenance Mechanic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse setting.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Physical capability to stand, stoop, and bend throughout the shift.
