Role Overview
- Position Title: Customer Service Specialist or Office Support Specialist.
- Location: On-site in Marlborough, MA
- Pay rate: $20/hour.
- Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Dress Code: Business casual.
- Parking: Free parking is available.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
- Deliver mail, paper, and packages across four buildings.
- Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail machines.
- Learn and manage digital mail processes, FedEx, and DHL shipping.
- Sort daily mail and perform copy-related tasks.
- Provide customer service at service windows (e.g., assisting with mail or shipping inquiries).
Cross-Training Opportunities:
- Additional training in Receiving and Copy Center roles.
Physical Demands:
- Extensive standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs. with assistance available for heavier loads).
Equipment Usage:
- Operate copiers, scanners, FedEx/DHL machines, and other office equipment.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-volume duplicating equipment and mail systems.
- Ship, receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Perform light equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform filing and basic administrative tasks.
- Set up conference rooms or assist with building support as needed.
- May handle occasional overtime or emergency off-hour tasks.
