Our client in Broomall is seeking an Inside Sales Representative!
This is a direct hire/permanent position.
Inside Sales Representative Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Direct hire/permanent position
Salary: $55K-$65K plus commission
Perks: 401K, medical, dental and vision plans. Company-paid benefits such as group life insurance, short- and long-term disability. 1 week of vacation per year, 5 days of PTO and 9 paid holidays per year.
Inside Sales Representative Description:
- Manage prospects and customers, utilizing effective sales strategies to develop and build a book of business and long-term relationships
- Design and sell medical screening programs that are efficient and adhere to the guidelines established for a client’s operational requirements
- Establish and nurture strategic alliances through networking
- Manage multiple priorities of current client maintenance, prospecting, quoting, and closing new accounts
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in business-to-business sales
- Experience selling in the Healthcare and or Occupational Health Field desirable
- Proven ability to establish, sustain, and influence relationships and decision-making prospects
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis
