PeopleShare is looking for motivated individuals to join our Assembly and Crate Building Team in Richmond, VA!
Job Details for Assemblers and Crate Builders:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 1st shift 6 am - 2:30 pm
- 2nd shift 3 pm - 11:30 pm
- 1st shift pay: $20.72 per hour
- 2nd shift pay: $21.97 per hour
- Temp to Hire
Job Responsibilities & Description for Assemblers and Crate Builders:
- Use hand and power tools
- Read and make accurate measurements
- Read blueprints
- Push and pull 5-10 pounds frequently
- Assemble skids and crates
- Assist in repetitive tasks
Job Requirements for Assembler and Crate Builders:
- Must be able to pass nationwide background check and pass drug screen
- Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Carpentry background preferred
- Must be able to pass hand tool/measurement assessment
- Commit to showing up to work everyday without calling out
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be communicative in hiring process
