Details for Medical Assistant:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Pay Rate: $18/hr. Negotiable based off experience

Job Responsibilities & Description for Medical Assistant:
- Assist clinicians with patient visits, including putting patients in rooms, interviewing patients, recording vital signs including pulse, blood pressure, height, weight, and enters information into the patient’s electronic medical records
- Perform data collection for assessment purposes under the direction of the provider
- Prepare the patient and assist the provider with exams and procedures when needed.
- Administer and document injections, including immunizations, vaccinations, and other services ordered by the provider and according to standards
- Organize exam rooms, including sanitation and general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies
Job Requirements for Medical Assisant:
- Must be licensed/certified in VA
- Must have 1-2+ years of experience
- Must be flexible with hours (no nights/weekends)
- Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and urine drug screen
- Experience with EMR's and clinical skills
